Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. If you don't receive it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every formula we make. If something isn't right with your order — damaged packaging, a product quality issue, or an error on our end — we want to hear from you and we'll take care of it.

Return window
30 days from the date of delivery.
Unopened bags
We accept returns on unopened, unused product within 30 days. Please reach out before sending anything back.
Opened bags
We don't accept returns on opened bags unless there is a product quality issue. If your dog had a reaction or you noticed something off, please contact us — we take this seriously and will work with you directly.
Return shipping
If the return is due to a product issue or our error, we cover return shipping in full. For change-of-mind returns on unopened product, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How to start a return
Email us at bark@botanicalbones.com or use our contact page. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue — we typically respond within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and reviewed, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Our promise: If your dog doesn't love it or something isn't right, we won't leave you hanging. Reach out and we'll find a solution — whether that's a replacement, a credit, or a full refund.

Delivery frequency
Choose every 4, 6, or 8 weeks at checkout. Change your frequency any time from your account dashboard.
Skip or pause
Need to delay a shipment? Skip or pause your subscription at any time — no questions asked, no fees.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time after your second order. We ask for a minimum of 2 orders so our small team can fulfil your initial commitment — after that, you're free to go whenever you like.
Manage your subscription
Everything is handled from your customer account — skip, pause, swap formulas, update your address, or cancel. No need to contact us unless you'd like to.
Heads up: Subscription orders process automatically based on your chosen frequency. If you need to make changes, please do so at least 24 hours before your next scheduled order date to ensure the update takes effect.
